Mainly used for shale gas development,Providing more favorable environment for fracturing.The process is complicated, integrating perforating, bridge plug setting, hydraulic propelling and other technologies.
Multi-pulse FracGun technology is an upgraded technology of FracGun technology which is the core technology of YilongHengye. Based on the mechanism of FracGun, propellant with different characteristics are loaded to create multiple pluses. In the structure design, a series of new technology are adopted: special scallop structure to increase the stand-off distance of shaped charges, optimized structure of the pressure relief hole on carriers, and intelligent sealing structure. As a result, while the penetration is significantly improved, multiple relief of the energy in sequence enables the propellant to act for a longer time with higher work efficiency and better fracturing effect.
In cases where wellbore trajectory is not perpendicular to the oil reservoir and in consideration of the problems as arising from using conventional spiral cloth hole perforating technology, the company uses a new fixed-angle directional perforating technology, and gyro orientation perforation construction process, so that the perforation direction develops towards the direction where cracks are easy to be pressured or toward the direction of joint directions or main stress to achieve lower friction and therefore increase the effective drainage area of the reservoir.
Horizontal well staged fracturing pumping perforation + fast drill bridge plug completion technology is widely used currently in the development of unconventional reservoirs and low- porosity reservoirs both in the country and abroad. At present, although conventional pumping perforating technology is mainly used in the staged fracturing operations in casing well in China, conventional perforating technology has a number of disadvantages when it comes to horizontal well fracturing.
It is not economical to use hydraulic fracturing technology in the thin hydrocarbon layers (less than 20m thick). Therefore, the company adopts horizontal well multi-stage composite deep penetrating directional perforating technology, resulting in the crack network developing along the perforation direction in the formation with main crack extending as long as 5000mm above. With such technology, even the thin hydrocarbon can be perforated for oil and gas production.
