Horizontal well perforation fracturing completion
Horizontal well staged fracturing pumping perforation + fast drill bridge plug completion technology is widely used currently in the development of unconventional reservoirs and low- porosity reservoirs both in the country and abroad. At present, although conventional pumping perforating technology is mainly used in the staged fracturing operations in casing well in China, conventional perforating technology has a number of disadvantages when it
comes to horizontal well fracturing.
In response to the problems of ground stress and small perforation friction brought about by conventional perforating, Tong Oil Tools has put forward a new type of technology called horizontal well staged fracturing multi cluster fixed surface composite perforating technology. As fixed surface composite perforating brings about significant stress concentration in the formation, it can effectively interfere with the original ground stress and control the direction of the crack that is formed towards a predetermined direction and expansion. In the meantime, by using special large diameter aperture shaped charges, the perforation friction is reduced and fracturing efficiency is significantly improved.
