During separate-layer or staged fracturing, add different volume and kinds of indicators (inexistent in original formation, with high stability, nonreactive with formation rock and fluid, and with good temperature and pressure tolerance) based on different reservoirs and inject it with the operating fluid into the reservoir.And information such as liquid production capacity and flowback rate of each section can be calculated from the output concentration ofall indicators by the analysis of sample test obtained through continuous sampling during flowback process. Such indicator is mainly used to evaluate the production capacity, contribution rate and flowback rate of each section and also the fracturing effect providing the basis for wells to be fractured in future. Issues like whether sand bridge occurs during flowback can be determined by use of indicator.
According to fracture mechanics,the hydraulic fracture always starts at the location of the formation section with good physical property, low fracture pressure and low tensile strength, and one major fracture will form. Deflection fracturing technique uses chemical temporary plugging agent to plug the formed fracture and then break down new fracture, which finally reaches the result of multi section and fractures improving the individual well yield. Calculate the rock mechanical parameters and fracture pressure by use of logging data and then determine the number of secondary fractures in the target section combined with crack interaction theory. Optimize several fractures with idealcracking points and determine volume of temporary plugging agent for multi fractures to conduct the plugging operation.
This technology is applicable for vertical wells, highly-deviated wells and horizontal wells after cementing cased well and completion. Detailed applicable casing parameters are as follows:
The Coil Tubing Hydra Jetting Multi-Stage Fracturing Technology combines the hydraulic sand blasting perforating technology and the annulus frac multi-staged fracturing technology. Perforation is completed by the hydraulic blasting gun of the t ool string.
This technology can isolate horizontal well into several sections with packer and sliding sleeve according to the need of reservoir development. During fracturing, sliding sleeve is opened through drop-ball ejection and specific construction can be carried out accordingly. Layered oil production and water injection can also be carried out.
