Scope of Application

This technique is applicable to the requirements of drilling liquid construction such as high temperature (over 90°C), high salt content (salt content＞10%) and deep well(over 3000m).

Principles 

Additives to drilling fluid can be selected according to reservoir feature. Additives like fluid loss agent, anti-collapse agent, viscosity reducer, flocculating agent, lubricant can effectively bring down the solid phase content, water loss and friction coefficient of mud cake of drilling fluid, structural viscosity and nozzle viscosity of slurry, improve the rheological property of drilling fluid, mitigate the hydration, disperse and expansion of clay, reduce the friction between drilling rigs and wall of well, satisfy the drilling requirements of high temperature, high salt content and deep well, prevent the drilling accident and increase drilling success ratio and work hour effectiveness.

Technical Indicators and Performance Features

1.Viscosity adding & fluid loss agent PMHA, filter loss≤15 (mL);

2.Sulfonated methyl formaldehyde resin can resist high temperature of over 180°C with ht/hp filter loss≤25.0mL;

3.Viscosity reducer of zwitterionic polymer XY-27, viscosity reduction≥70%;

4.Hydrolized polyacrylamide HPAM, intrinsic viscosity≥6.0×102mL/g, flocculation time≥100s;

5.Lubricating coefficient deduction of solid lubricant for drilling fluid ≥ 70%.

The drilling fluid products of the company are sold to many oilfields across the country such as Jiangsu, Zhongyuan, Inner Mongolia and Sinkiang; the annual sale of various drilling additives is 3000t; the products have stable quality and meet the field requirements.
