Scope of Application

1.This technology is applicable to acidification and plug releasing of oil wells of low pressure, permeability and water sensitivity.

2.It is applicable to oil wells which suffer emulsification and water blocking of reservoir stratum caused by well fluid leakage.

3.It is applicable to oil wells which need to reduce the interlayer difference of reservoir heterogeneity and increase production capacity. 

Principles 

Acid foam features distributary flow in stratum, it will enter the high permeable stratum to generate Jamin Effect by superimposed effect of air-resistance, temporarily block the high permeable stratum and ramp up the acidizing effect of low permeable stratum.

Technical Indicators and Performance Features

Acid fluid system: main acid fluid + gas phase (gas-producing agent) + foaming agent + foam stabilizer + inhibitor + auxiliary agent 

1.This system can effectively reduce the rate of permeability and enter deep stratum to release plug.

2.It is a yield-adding liquid, easy to be back discharged and of high carrying ability.

Field Applications

Since 2007, this technique has been applied to 86 wells/times at many major oil fields nationwide with process success ratio of 100%, efficiency of 86%, and remarkable effect of production stimulation.
