Scope of Application

This technology is applicable to acidification and plug releasing of wells with medium to low permeability sandstone reservoir and large interlayer difference.

Principles 

Prior to well acidizing operation, inject oil-soluble temporary plugging agent into stratum and fissures with minimum resistance, high permeability and big pore to plug them so that acid fluid can uniformly enter target stratum as the operation of acidification and effectively acidize low permeable oil layer .Temporary plugging agent will, in oil outlet, dissolve gradually through immerse in crude oil after acidification. 

Construction Process

1.Pretreatment plugging (including temporary plugging agent)

2.Acid fluid plugging 

3.Replacement of active water

Field Applications

Since 2007, this technology has been applied for 168 wells/times in many major oil fields nationwide with process success ratio of 100%, efficiency of 85.3% and remarkable effect of production stimulation.
