Scope of Application

The product applies to crude oil production, viscosity reduction of oil well and long distance pipeline transmission of crude oil in crude oil wells. 

Principles

The product can be quickly dispersed when mixing with the crude oil; and crude oil forms oil in water (O/W type) emulsion in form of dispersed small oil droplet in water. The product can also change the water in oil (O/W type) emulsion into oil in water (O/W type) emulsion. The oil droplet is surrounded by water and the external phase is water, which changes the friction of crude oil molecular into friction of water molecular and greatly reduces the viscosity of crude oil.

Performance Features 

It is well soluble in water and can fast separate the oil from water when standing still; it is well compatible with demulsifier and has no impact on dehydration of crude. 

Field Applications 

Since 2004, it has been applied for 686 wells/times chemical viscosity reduction for oil wells in Zhongyuan Oilfield and Inner Mongolia Oilfield, obtaining good effect of viscosity reduction.
