Annulus Protection Fluid for High Sulfur-bearing Gas Well HK-06

Scope of Application

It applies to the corrosion protection of tubing and casing in oil and gas wells of high sulfur content and high temperature.

Principles

HK-06 is designed for corrosion protection for tubing and casing in oil and gas wells of high sulfur content and high temperature. It is composed of complex organics, complexing agent, reducing agent, non-ionic surface active agent, nitrogen heterocyclic corrosion inhibitor, stabilizer and other additives. It can effectively inhibit corrosion and scaling in tubing casing annulus of oil well with high sulfur content.

(3) Thermal Stability

Under the temperature of 130℃ and 150℃, HK-06 product solution has stable property, without solute precipitation, separation, emulsification, or precipitation, and maintains the property of unified liquid.

Performance Features

The product has outstanding galvanic corrosion, pitting corrosion, and oxygen corrosion resisting property, excellent thermal stability, as well as anti-scaling, deoxidizing, bacteriostatic and acid gas neutralizing functions.

Field Applications

Since 2007, it has been applied in the corrosion protection of the oil pipeline and casing annulus at the high temperature, high sulfur-bearing oil and gas wells of Puguang Gasfield for 58 wells/times, effectively inhibiting the corrosion oil casing annulus of high sulfur-bearing oil and gas wells, providing considerable economic benefit.
