Scope of Application

It is mainly used as completion fluid for deep wells with high temperature (over 100°C) in gasfield with high sulfur content, with the purpose of protecting oil casing.

Principles 

It is specially developed for features (including long cycle (1~2 years), high temperature, high sulfur content and corrosion) of completion fluid of high temperature deep well (over 100°C) in gasfield with high sulfur content. Solid-free completion fluid YLw-03, which mainly consists of organic salt and complex ion salt, and can effectively complex iron ions, inhibiting the generation and plugging of Fe(OH)2, Fe(OH)3, or Fe2O3, and other ferric compound. Meanwhile it has excellent corrosion inhibiting capacity.

Performance Features

It is a green product, solid free, and won’t form precipitation with the salt such as Ca2+ and Mg2+ in the water. It has excellent corrosion inhibiting capacity. 

Field Applications 

Since 2009, it has been applied for 121 wells/times in Puguang Gasfield and Zhongyuan Oilfield; meeting the needs of field application.
