Introduction
YILONGs CCUS business is primarily focused on oilfield applications, including co2 displacement, throughput, fracturing, and related enhanced recovery operations. The companys CCUS‑EOR reservoir technology team has obtained over 10 patents for co2 absorption devices and mixed‑phase oil displacement technologies.
 
In Xinjiang Oilfield, YILONG has deployed the chemical absorption system, with the highest amine‑based chemical circulation capacity of 2,300 m³/h. The system achieves an amine loss rate below 0.4 kg/t co2 and regeneration energy consumption ≤ 2.25 GJ/t co2, setting globally leading benchmarks.
 
In Sinopecs North Jiangsu Basin shale oil project, YILONG applies dynamic wireless monitoring technology to enable real‑time risk alerts during co2 injection and storage, with each project achieving an annual storage capacity exceeding 200,000 tons.
 
By the first half of 2025, YILONG had injected a total of 296,000 tons of co2, representing a 52% year‑on‑year increase and already reaching 81% of the previous years total injection volume.
 
CCUS service capability
YILONG currently operates a strong equipment fleet, including: 12 absorption units, 33 injection pumps, 47 storage tanks
Through collaboration with leading universities, YILONG has advanced the localization of core CCUS equipment, with the domestic research and manufacturing rate of compressors, separation membranes, and other key technologies now exceeding 60%.
