it applies to the oilfield sewage treatment with high content of bacteria, sulfur, iron ion and corrossion.

Principles

Pre-oxidation technology means to continuously add oxidant into water, so as to kill the bacteria and oxidize the ferrous ions in wastewater into ferric ions which is capable of coacervation; with the flocculant, the small particles such as suspended substances and emulsified oil in wastewater will be formed into flocs of big size, high density and fast settlement; upon completion of settlement, the water quality will meet the standard.

Performance Features

Pre-oxidation technology will oxidize the Fe2+ in water into Fe3+, and can remove all iron ions and suspended solid under condition of low pH value; the volume of generated sludge is small and the bacteria and corrosion can be effectively controlled. The water quality after treated will be in accordance with  SY/T 5329-2012 recommended indicator for water quality of injected water in oil reservoir of clastic rock.

Field Applications

The pre-oxidation oilfield sewage treatment technology has been applied to Zhongyuan Oilfield, Puguang Gasfield and Inner Mongolia Oilfield for sewage treatment with high sulfur and iron content, the water quality after treated is stable and in accordance with standard, the corrosion rate and bacteria content are effectively controlled.
