Scope of Application

The product applies to treatment of oil and gasfield produced water, pretreatment of waste liquid from fracturing, drilling and acidification, and industrial waste water treatment. 

Principles 

The product is the liquid flocculant formulated with inorganic high polymer material; after adding into the water, it will hydrolyse into electric colloid which can combine the surrounding ions to form micelle with double electric layers; the pollution particles in water will become unstable due to flocculant; the pollution particles are gathered into dense large particles by the product through electrostatic adsorption, charge neutralization destabilization, electric double layer compression, bridging and net capturing effects. The large particles settle under the action of gravity so that the contaminant flocs can be separated out from water so as to achieve the aim of sewage treatment.

Performance Features

The product almost won’t be influenced by the change of .water temperature; it will be dissolved quickly to form floc which is dense and settled quickly; thus it is widely applied due to good performance. 

Field Applications 

The product is widely applied to treatment of the oilfield produced water in Zhongyuan Oilfield and Puguang Gasfield, the quality of treated water is in accordance with relevant water quality index.
