Scope of Application

As to the blockage caused by sulfur deposit in wellhole and gathering and transmission system of gas wells with high sulfur content, the product can effectively eliminate sulfur deposit and blockage to maintain normal production of gas well.

Principles 

Soluble sulfur agent HY-09 is a composite-type multifunctional chemical solvent; it can effectively dissolve, disperse the multicomponent sediment, elemental sulfur and other solid adhesion on inner wall of high sulfur gas pipeline, and can clear the blockage, restore the normal production of natural gas.

Performance Features 

(1)   It has a little ammoniacal odour, and can be quickly dissolved and dispersed in the dispersing agent such as methanol and water, convenient for dilution and use on site;

(2)    It has good effect of sulfur dissolution, capable of quickly and thoroughly dissolving the elemental sulfur and sulfide;

(3)    The compatibleness of the product is good, which is compatible with several types of chemical additives without any impact on product performance;

(4)    The product has good corrosion inhibition performance in the acidic gas (such as H2S/CO2) coexistence environment.

Field Applications

It has been applied to the natural gas gathering and transmission system of Puguang Gasfield, effectively preventing pipeline from scaling and sulfur blockage.
