Scope of Application

It is mainly used as additive of working fluid during operations of well drilling, well completion, well testing in the complex formation prone to hydration swelling, collapse and rock salt and salt-gypsum formation. 

Principles 

The water solution of water soluble organic salt weighting agent QY has low activity, high inhibiting capacity and high density; in the operations of well drilling, well completion, well testing in the HP complex formation prone to hydration swelling, collapse and rock salt and salt-gypsum formation, it can form relatively high fluid column pressure and prevent collapse of stratum. Thus facilitate the strokes of drilling rod.

Performance Features 

It is featured with wide adjustable range of density, low solution viscosity and high inhibitive ability. 

Field Applications

Since 2007, it has been applied for 63 wells/times in Zhongyuan Oilfield, Puguang Gasfield; it can effectively ensure operation safety and prevent jamming of drilling rod during drilling and workover of HP and deep wells.
