High Efficiency Gathering & Transportation Corrosion Inhibitor HYS-06

protection in the drilling, mining and gathering & transportation in acid
oil and gas field.
Principles
HYS-06 corrosion inhibitor is a type of
high-efficiency corrosion inhibitor developed by our company specialized in the
corrosion control of oil casing, oil and gas gathering and transportation
pipeline and sewage treatment system for H2S and CO2 bearing oil and gas field.
The corrosion inhibitor is featured by polar group and non-polar group: the
former is attached to the metal surface, while the long-chain non-polar group
forms directional alignment towards the solution from the metal surface. On the
one hand, the corrosion inhibitor changes the state of charge on the metal
surface, increasing the activation energy of corrosion reaction, obstructing
the corrosion process; on the other hand, the non-polar groups are densely
lined on the metal surface, forming a hydrophobic membrane, blocking the charge
or material transport related to the corrosion, and realizing the purpose of
inhibiting corrosion.

Performance Indicators
Performance Features
The product has good thermal stability and
chemical stability, and is non-toxic, damage-free to oil layer, soluble in
water at any ratio, easy for use. The product belongs to the absorption film
type corrosion inhibitor, which is denser than the absorption film formed by
corrosion inhibitors of the same type, thus can better inhibit the corrosive
reaction.
Field Applications
HYS-06 corrosion inhibitor has been applied
in the oil and gas wells, gathering and transport pipeline network and sewage
treatment system of the CO2/H2S bearing oil and gas field in Southwest and
Northwest China, with outstanding field application performance. Field
supervision shows it can keep the corrosion rate within 0.076mm/a, in compliance
with the oil and natural gas industrial standard, and can obtain the corrosion
inhibition efficiency over 90%.
