It is used as acidizing corrosion inhibiting additive in wells with high temperature (120~190°C), high sulfur content and none-high sulfur content.

HYA-06 is a kind of compound corrosion inhibitor, composed of organic compounds of organic amine, aldehyde and ketone synthesis, and organic synergistic agent; the cyclic chelates in corrosion inhibitor can form a complete and dense hydrophobic protective film on the metal surface, so as to achieve the purpose of corrosion inhibitor.

 

It can provide excellent whole and partial corrosion protection for common carbon steel, oil pipe steel, high sulfate-resistant carbon steel and alloy steel etc. Besides, it can easily disperse in acid, reduce the surface tension of reacted acid and has good compatibleness with other additives.

It has been applied for 365 wells/times in Zhongyuan Oilfield and Puguang Gasfield, providing satisfactory result in slowing down the damage of high-temperature deep well acidification on oil pipeline and casing, realizing over 90% of corrosion inhibition rate.
