Recently, the group successfully won the bid for the Shanxi Coalbed Methane Customer Bridge Shooting Joint Technical Service Project in China with the first place, thanks to its outstanding competitiveness in perforation technology. This project is an open-ended contract and will commence construction in 2026. This winning bid not only demonstrates the groups strong capabilities in the field of coalbed methane technology services, but also further consolidates the groups market position in the coalbed methane field, laying a solid foundation for future performance growth and market expansion.

In recent years, China has continued to increase its exploration and development efforts for coalbed methane, and the scale of development and utilization has grown rapidly. Coalbed methane has become an important supplement to Chinas natural gas production increase. From January to October 2025, Chinas coalbed methane production reached 15.14 billion cubic meters, a year-on-year increase of 6.5%. Among them, Shanxi Province, as the core province for coalbed methane development in China, accounts for 81% of the countrys coalbed methane production, contributing 12.31 billion cubic meters of production, a year-on-year increase of 7.8%.

Since entering the coalbed methane field, the group has made Shanxi Province, China the main battlefield for coalbed methane business, and gradually extended its business areas to Shaanxi, Inner Mongolia, Henan, Anhui, Guizhou and other places in China, continuously deepening its business layout.
