In terms of team outlook, coiled tubing operation team I of our company overcomes the difficulties of hot and wet weather in Puguang area, carries out the construction for 24 consecutive hours. And the team can respect the coordination and command of Party A, communicate with Party A timely and cooperate with the cooperative party, Zhongyuan underground closely. The team members can bear hardships and stand hard work and have good team spirit.

In terms of equipment management, team I can strictly implement the equipment management principle of “proactive maintenance, intermediate inspection, afterwards maintenance”, achieving the fine equipment management; before the commencement, equipment is well maintained, avoiding the equipment failure and ensuring the continuity of construction; in construction, regular inspection eliminates the abnormal phenomenon of equipment: after a well is completed, team I will spend one day carrying out the comprehensive inspection and replacement of the key parts of equipment, to ensure the equipment in good condition.

In terms of safety awareness, the construction team has strong safety consciousness. A safety technical disclosure meeting is held for the start of each well, to clear security risk and set up preventative measures. And a targeted safety emergency drill is carried out, improving the safety skills of all members. In terms of work efficiency, the construction is fully prepared, and the work runs ahead. 24 hours of continuous construction and high work efficiency, effectively reduce the operation time of production: it only takes 10 days from the start acceptance on June 10 to completion on June 19; rinsing and construction tasks for three wells are completed safely, effectively with high quality.
