On April 1st, WANG Shu-juan, the person in charge from the company’s Labor Organization Department, came to Puyang Lidong base to send greetings to the staff of the pneumatic sealing test team.
The greetings of this time took the form of
talks holding. At the beginning, WANG Shujuan introduced the company’s new
institution on salary and rewards. Then she talked with the employees there
about the rationality of this institution, so that the audience could have an
in-depth comprehension of the company’s performance appraisal institutions.
WANG Shu-juan pointed out that the target of Yilong Corporation was to become a
first-class oil service enterprise with extensive covering, exquisite
craftsmanship and perfect qualities. The core of the enterprise lied in
technical talents. The company would not save costs by debasing employees’ income.
Yilong Corporation would take talents as the core to forge a “wolf nature
team”, designed to activate the employees’ “nature of wolf”, so that employees
would like to make more contributions to the company while realizing
self-improvement at the same time.
WANG Shu-juan also exchanged ideas with the
employees on their work and lives, with much concern of their aspirations. YANG
Jun-jie was a backbone of the pneumatic sealing test team. YANG’s family was
far in Kuerle, Xinjiang Autonomous Region. Therefore, such issues as paid leave
were the ones that he cared mostly about. WANG take YANG’s case to explain the
vacation system of the company, to assure that everyone here could reconcile
himself/herself to work without other worries.
